Indy Uppal

Managing Director

My passion for Real Estate started with my career in Construction. As an ex-Construction Manager for Carillion Plc. I was privileged to work on the (Media Hub) Olympics in 2012. I also helped build national projects such as schools and hospitals as part of the London and South East Building Team. In 2014, I took the step in setting up my own real Estate Company (previously Solihull Sales and Lettings) after advice from a colleague. Honestly, it was not the easiest of starts, coming from a construction background but my strong desire to deliver for clients and offering the best service possible has been key to our drive forward and becoming a company that can be trusted.

On a personal note. I have always been quite active and enjoy playing sports in general. As an ex-amateur boxer. The desire to work hard, perserver, not to quit and succeed in the face of adversity has given me the ingredient’s to ensure that our company will do what it takes to deliver results for our clients.        

Becky Uppal (BU)

Director

Indy and I set up BU Homes in 2014 (originally Solihull Sales and Lettings) With having our careers working in London. We found there was a great opportunity to utilise our acquired skill sets. Having also set up BU Salons. Our core principles have always been to offer a high quality, efficient service. I have been in the hair industry since I was 14, teaching for Loreal and now partnered with Balmain Hair Couture. I bought my first property when I was 21 with the help and guidance of my parents. I love the history of period properties and enjoy interior design.

Gary Delaney

Associate Director

I have over 20 years’ delivering and managing professional, award-winning and top-ranking property services. I specialise in the upper quartile of the market, including executive homes, land and equestrian properties. I am also an active partner with the luxury property specialists Fine and Country.

My passion for the property industry has seen me establish several award winning sales and lettings businesses in Warwickshire and Worcestershire, after a successful career working for large and small independent agencies as well as the corporate sector.

My estate agency business training and consultancy services have been employed by various property agencies over the years, this involved me having access to all levels of the business to implement best practice throughout the company, including mentoring for senior and junior management employees.

I hold both National Association of Estate Agents and Association of Residential Letting Agents qualifications

Saqib Ali

Senior Property Consultant

I have been working in the property world for the last 10 years, mainly in the letting’s world. Over the years, I have grown within the industry and grew my knowledge of the lettings industry. Most of my property career has been on the lettings side of the business; however, I have always stayed to date with the sales with those new legislations and property prices.

In my spare time, I like to go out to eat, trying new places and different cuisines. I also love going to do activities such as go karting, playing snooker, or going to the driving range. Big sports fan, as I love going to watch football, cricket, and boxing.

Jonathan Cooke

Senior Property Consultant

Estate agency runs through my veins… literally! A lifelong Silhillian and being the grandson of Sydney Shipway, co-founder of Shipways estate agents (formerly Shipway Doble & Earle), I embarked on my career in property during the 1990’s, quickly rising through the ranks to become the manager of their Knowle and Stratford-upon-Avon offices. Throughout my lengthy career working for both corporate and independent companies, I’ve gained a reputation for being a hardworking, highly professional estate agent who goes above and beyond to provide an unrivalled personal service to clients; offering expert advice throughout the entire transaction, from instruction to completion, and even negotiating on their behalf to achieve the best possible deal on their onward purchases. A doting grandfather with an undying passion for property, I am also an accomplished session musician and a keen amateur photographer.

Marie Gare

Office Coordinator

I have been in administration over 5 years. Managing office employees, organising, filing documentation, and dealing with clients first hand. I enjoy the buzz of working as part of a strong and focused team. In my personal time, I enjoy reading a good novel, going to gym and long walks with my dogs Ivy and Bayne.

Mark Cooper

Land & New Homes Consultant

Having been a land & development agent for 25 years, following a career as a New Homes Development Manager. I now lead the Land & New Homes sales team in the West Midlands and having a passion for providing a service second to none with a personal and friendly manner. I specialise in the valuation of Land and how it can be best marketed for sale and or Development potential.

In my spare time, I enjoy cycling and spending time with his family.

Experience: I have been working in the Accountancy sector for over 15 years so have a wealth of experience having worked at some of the biggest Accounting firms in the UK. 

About myself: I spend most of my time outside of work with my two young daughters. I am a keen sports fan and I also enjoy travelling and exploring new countries.

Spent 14 years working at Lloyds Bank in a Relationship Manager role helping SME’s through the West Midlands.  I left Lloyds to set up a Commercial brokerage for a Mortgage business from scratch this, I spent 3 years building this viable business before leaving to start my own Brokerage BPN Commercial Ltd

At BPN Commercial Ltd we look after all facets of commercial lending  which are detailed below
